The control system utilizes a touch screen PLC for operation, featuring PID adjustment, automatic control, and auto-tuning capabilities. It supports 50-program step programming and can be programmed for various heating, constant-temperature, and cooling processes, with high temperature control accuracy.

Additionally, through our independently developed control software, the electric furnace can be connected to a computer, allowing for remote control of a single or multiple furnaces, starting and stopping the furnace, setting temperature control programs, storing temperature control programs, viewing historical curves, and printing historical curves.
