Waste Gas Purification Tower (Spray Tower)

I. Structure and Description

The purification tower is mainly composed of four parts: the tower body, packing material, spray system, and dehydration layer, suitable for the treatment of continuous and indirect exhaust emissions.

Tower body: Single-winding formed, can be segmented in the length direction, on-site welding or flange connection.

2. Filling Material: Polypropylene Pall Ring, Stair Step Ring, or Flower Ring packing, supplied with the tower.

3. Spray Nozzles: Composed of nozzles or porous pipe coil spray heads, pipes, etc.

4. Desiccant layer: Composed of two orthogonal water separators, supplied with the tower.

The purification tower utilizes phenomena such as diffusion and absorption between relatively flowing water and acidic or alkaline gases to purify the gas. It features high spray intensity, enhancing the mass exchange between the two. Numerous packing materials increase the contact area between gas and liquid, with sufficient packing height to ensure ample contact time.
