Working Principle
Laboratory screw extruder granulator is a single-screw forward-discharging extruder granulator, available in two types: flat head and ball head. After mixing and kneading, the wet material is transported and extruded by the screw, then extruded through the die opening template at the extruder head, and finally dried to obtain the granulated finished product. This process achieves the purpose of transforming powdered products into uniformly granulated products. The granule shape is cylindrical, and the diameter of the finished granules can be adjusted and controlled by the die opening diameter: flat head0．8－3mmBall joint1．5－5mmParticle yield>95％。
Application Scope
