Primary Uses

This product is widely applicable for material crushing in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, chemicals, and defense research, particularly for thermosensitive materials, rubber, plastics, Chinese and Western medicine, animals, and plants, as well as materials that are tough at room temperature and cannot be crushed. Low-temperature crushing involves first freezing these materials below their脆ification point, then crushing them to the desired fineness within the mill without damaging the original composition. Additionally, it can effectively crush materials that are flammable and explosive at room temperature, with even more pronounced results.

Structural composition

Equipped with a storage and pre-cooling cylinder, screw propeller, low-temperature pulverizer, low-temperature blower, cyclone separator, dust filter, and electric control cabinet.
