


Primary Application:
Composed of U-shaped containers, helical mixing blades, and drive components; the U-shaped long cylindrical body structure ensures low-resistance movement of the mixed materials (powders, semi-solids) within the cylinder. The clockwise and counterclockwise helical blades are mounted on the same horizontal shaft, creating a low-power mixing environment. The helical blades are typically made in double or triple layers, with the outer spiral gathering materials from both sides to the center, and the inner spiral transporting materials from the center to the sides, which allows for more eddies to form during flow. This accelerates the mixing speed and enhances the uniformity of the mixture.
Operating Principle:

Powder materials are processed using manual or pneumatic large door structures, offering advantages such as quick unloading and no residue; fine-grained materials or semi-liquid materials are handled with manual or pneumatic butterfly valves. Heating or cooling jackets can be configured. Heating methods include electric heating and thermal oil heating. The cooling process involves directly injecting cooling water into the jacket, with a large heat exchange area and fast cooling speed. Small-sized mixers use a direct drive from a reducer, featuring a simple structure, high reliability, and easy maintenance. Large-sized mixers are driven by a belt pulley with a harmonic drive reducer, with the elastic belt transmission offering the advantage of protecting the drive components in case of overload.
