Working Principle

Powdered material is introduced into an enclosed container through a hopper. Due to the action of hot gas flow, the powder suspends and circulates in a fluidized state, achieving uniform mixing. At the same time, a misty binder is sprayed to moisten the powder inside the container, causing it to agglomerate into loose, small particles. As the particles form, the hot gas flow dries them, causing moisture to evaporate and the powder to solidify continuously. This process is repeated, forming ideal, uniform, multi-porous spherical particles. The mixing, granulation, and drying processes are all completed in a single operation within the container.
