Primary Use

Pharmaceuticals: Raw material crushing, wet material granulation, dry material sizing, and tablets that do not meet specifications. Recyclable materials can be sized according to particle size requirements. Food: Crushing and recycling of biscuits. Others: Crushing and sizing of coarse raw materials, crushing and sizing of blocky raw materials, and decomposition of lumpy materials.

Working Principle

The processed raw materials fall into the feeding port of the granule粉碎机, then into the conical chamber, where they are subjected to a swirling action by the rotating knives. Centrifugal force propels the particles towards the screen surface. Simultaneously, the high-speed rotation of the knives and the screen surface create a shearing effect. The particles are crushed into smaller granules between the rotating knives and the screen, and then discharged through the screen. The particle size of the crushed material can be adjusted by the number of screens, the spacing between the rotating knives and the screen, and the speed of the rotation.
