Main Application:

The DW series is our company's cross-flow continuous drying equipment, designed for the drying of breathable sheet, strip, and granular materials. It is particularly suitable for materials with high moisture content, such as dried fruits and vegetables, and herbal tablets, where the material temperature cannot be high. This machine boasts fast drying speed, high evaporation intensity, and excellent product quality. It can also dry paste-like filter cakes and wet granulation materials.

Application:

Dehydrated vegetables, granulated feed, monosodium glutamate, chicken essence, coconut flake, organic pigments, synthetic rubber, acrylic fibers, pharmaceuticals, medicinal herbs, wooden crafts, plastic products, aging and curing of electronic components.

Working Principle:

Materials are evenly spread on a conveyor belt by a feeder, which is equipped with a 12~60 mesh stainless steel wire mesh. The belt is driven by a transmission device to move within the dryer. The dryer is composed of several units, each with an independent hot air circulation system. Some of the exhaust gases are discharged by a dedicated dehumidification fan. Each unit is equipped with a regulating valve to control the exhaust of waste gases. Hot air passes through the belt covered with materials from top to bottom or bottom to top, facilitating the heat and mass transfer process, and carries away the moisture of the materials. The belt moves slowly, and its speed can be freely adjusted according to the material temperature. The dried finished products continuously fall into the collection unit. The upper and lower circulating units can be flexibly equipped according to customer requirements, and the number of units can also be selected as needed.
