
Application and Brief Introduction
1. The DMH series purification double door drying and sterilization ovens are suitable for sterilizing and removing pyrogens from vials, ampoules, aluminum caps, metal, and glassware in the pharmaceutical industry, as well as for drying and sterilizing solid materials.
2. This equipment features an advanced and sensitive control system, equipped with a programmable logic controller (PLC) human-machine interface touch screen, a micropressure differential gauge, an automatic dew removal valve, and a flammable gas concentration tester for special environments, all of which are from Japan, the United States, and Taiwan. This ensures the quality of the oven. The complete 100,000-level laminar flow purification system meets GMP regulatory requirements.
3. The DMH series is available for selection, and configurations and dimensions can also be customized according to the user's equipment usage, site, and production capacity.
Operating Principle
Fill the tray, bottle, or trolley with material, then activate the PLC programmable control system. The internal circulation fan operates, heating is initiated, and the butterfly valve opens simultaneously, causing the drying chamber to rapidly heat up. Under the action of the internal circulation fan, dry hot air passes through a high-temperature-resistant filter into the chamber, where it is evenly distributed by the micro-adjustment plate and transferred into the chamber. The dry air absorbs moisture from the surface of the bottles (material, items) and enters the heating channel for evaporation and exhaust. The dry air circulates in a directional flow under the fan's action, expelling steam. As the steam gradually decreases, fresh filtered air is intermittently replenished, maintaining a slightly positive pressure inside the chamber. The process is completed with the end of the temperature control. Activate the forced air or (water) cooling, and the automatic butterfly valve closes. An audio-visual prompt indicates the door should be opened to remove the bottles.
