Primary Use

This machine is a solid particle grading sieve, suitable for配套 use in powder processing lines and can also operate independently. It boasts reliable technical performance, stable operation, low noise, and simple operation, making it ideal for material screening in industrial production fields such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and food. The machine consists of a base, housing, feed and discharge pushers, and an electric motor. It employs a cylindrical sieve structure, where the material to be screened is continuously flipped by baffles inside the cylinder, resulting in a continuous update and advancement of the material within the cylinder. Fine material falls through the sieve, while coarse material continues forward and exits through the coarse material outlet. This machine achieves satisfactory results in sieving materials with high viscosity, fiber content, and mesh count.
