Structure and Performance

This unit is composed of a hopper, oscillator chamber, coupling, motor, etc. The oscillator chamber includes eccentric wheels, rubber softwares, spindle, bearings, etc. The adjustable eccentric weight is driven by the motor to the centerline of the spindle, generating centrifugal force in an unbalanced state, which forces the material to change its track and form eddies inside the sieve. The amplitude of the eccentric weight regulator can be adjusted according to different materials and sieves. The entire unit is compact in structure, small in size, dust-free, low in noise, high in output, low in energy consumption, easy to move, and convenient for maintenance.
