WSM-B Type Horizontal Ball Mill

Overview:
The WSM-B type complete set of equipment is our factory's independently developed and produced unit specifically designed for processing metal powders such as flake zinc powder, copper powder, lead powder, aluminum silver paste powder, aluminum magnesium alloy powder, and sponge titanium.
This equipment utilizes a closed-loop grinding method. To prevent oxidation of powder and other issues, inert gas protection is incorporated internally, along with cooling fans, water-cooling systems, noise reduction devices, nitrogen injection systems, and internal pressure control. It also allows for discharge under a sealed condition.
This equipment boasts high output and low production costs, fully controlled by a PLC touch screen. It features real-time monitoring of oxygen content and temperature inside the grinding chamber, offering convenient and reliable operation.

Purpose:
Widely used in the military industry (grinding of explosive intermediates), power supply, automotive industry, high-speed rail corrosion prevention, new material industry (modification of combustible functional powders), Dacromet, chrome-free zinc-aluminum coatings, and zinc-rich coatings.
