I. Overview:
The horizontal ball mill, also known as the tube mill, is a type of powder grinding equipment widely used and extensively applied in the field of powder processing.

The structural features of the WSM type horizontal ball mill are: it has a hollow cylinder horizontally positioned and rotating around a horizontal shaft. The cylinder contains grinding media and the material to be ground. As the cylinder rotates, the media and material are lifted, and upon reaching a certain height, they fall under the force of gravity. The movement of the media crushes, frictionates, impacts, abrades, and shears the material, thereby reducing it to powder. The WSM type horizontal ball mill is highly mature in both structure and process configuration; it is simple and convenient to operate, reliable in performance, and adaptable to various working conditions. It can perform dry, wet, or lubricated grinding, coarse, fine, or ultra-fine grinding. The particle size range of the product is approximately from 5mm to 1um, and it can handle materials of various hardness.

The inner lining of this machine is available in options such as polyurethane, nylon, polytetrafluoroethylene, stainless steel, aluminum oxide, zirconium oxide, manganese steel, etc., and can be equipped with a variable frequency speed control mechanism as per customer requirements.
