Product Overview:
Vertical ball mill is an efficient grinding equipment, widely used in industries such as chemicals, mining, building materials, electronic materials, ceramics, etc. It can finely grind and disperse various materials to meet the requirements of different production processes for particle size. It is mainly composed of key components such as the drum, stand, agitator, driving unit, and pneumatic diaphragm pump (available on some models).
Operating Principle:
During operation, the drive unit powers the agitator to rotate at high speed, causing the agitator to stir the grinding medium in a涡流 pattern within the drum. Under the action of compressive forces, shearing forces, and collision forces generated by the movement of the grinding medium, the material is continuously ground and crushed to achieve the desired grinding effect. Simultaneously, the stirring shaft drives the grinding medium for forced mechanical shearing and grinding, as the material is pumped from the bottom filter screen of the mill drum through pipes to the top of the mill cylinder, ensuring thorough contact and grinding. This completes one cycle, which is repeated until the desired fineness is achieved.
