GSM Series Dry Grinding Ball Mill
Overview:
A dry grinding ball mill is an energy-saving ultra-fine powder grinding equipment, characterized by using a stirrer to drive the grinding media for impact and shearing to achieve dry fine and ultra-fine powder preparation, widely used in the field of powder processing.
Principle:
Driven by an electric motor, the stirrer shaft rotates at high speed, propelling steel balls, ceramic balls, and other grinding media within the grinding cylinder to create intense impacts, friction, and shearing actions. This gradually reduces the lumped or coarse material to a micron or even nanometer level, with no water involved throughout the process, ensuring the purity of the material remains unaffected.
Dry Process: No wastewater produced, no need for subsequent drying treatment, energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
Grinding Efficiency: The agitator design concentrates the kinetic energy of the medium, improving efficiency by 30%-50% compared to traditional ball mills, with a more uniform particle size distribution.
Highly adaptable: Capable of handling various materials such as non-metallic minerals, chemical raw materials, and construction powder, simply adjust the medium type and speed to accommodate different fineness requirements.
Operation convenient: Integrated control in the electrical control box, compact structure.
