AGY Series Roll Crushers
The AGY series roll crushers operate with two rolls rotating towards each other, maintaining a certain working gap (adjustable according to the required particle size of the material). The material is fed into the space between the rolls from above and moves downward as the rolls rotate. Large particles are crushed into smaller ones at the top of the crushing zone, and as they continue to move downward, most particles are smaller than the roll gap, forming a layered material for crushing. Throughout this process, the pressure on the material gradually increases, reaching a maximum as it passes through the axis of the rolls. Under the immense pressure, the material is crushed into ultra-fine particles.
Features
(1) The crushing force acts on a group of particles rather than individual ones, allowing for the粉碎 of a larger quantity of material in a single application compared to crushing individual particles.
(2) Crushing force is pure pressure, with a slower application process and a longer duration of action. The gradual application of force results in lower strength exhibited by the material particles.
(3) High crushing force, capable of exerting pressure up to 50~300Mpa on materials. The super-high crushing force reduces the material to an extremely fine particle size, simultaneously forming a large number of micro-cracks within the particles, significantly reducing their strength.
The AGY series roller press is primarily designed for the high-hardness material requirements in the electronic ceramics, chemical industry, and metallurgy sectors. According to customer needs, roller materials can be selected from agate, zirconia, 95 porcelain, common ceramics, high-manganese steel, and stainless steel.
