AWN Air-Welded Drum Ball Mill

The AWN enclosed drum ball mill features a unique design concept. During the continuous grinding process, materials enter from the top of the inner drum and move outward through the drum and rolling media. The required particle size can be discharged all at once, or the material can be continuously dispersed from the unique grinding drum. Coarser particles remain in the grinding drum for further grinding, ensuring the particle size requirements of the discharge. The system has excellent sealing performance and can handle large quantities of material.

The AWN hermetic drum ball mill is generally used in industries such as metal powders protected by inert gases, ceramic powders, ferrites, glass raw materials, ore machinery, alloys, coal, and coke.

The machine is available with liners made of nylon, stainless steel, polyurethane, aluminum oxide ceramic, zirconia ceramic, etc. A variable-frequency speed control unit is also optional.
