EW Type Two-dimensional Blending Machine
Operating Principle
The twin-shaft mixer is mainly composed of three major parts: the rotating drum, the swinging frame, and the machine frame. The rotating drum is mounted on the swinging frame, supported by four roller wheels and axially positioned by two guide wheels. Among the four support roller wheels, two drive wheels are driven by the power system to rotate the drum. The swinging frame is driven by a set of crank rocker mechanism, which is mounted on the machine frame. The swinging frame is supported on the machine frame by a bearing assembly.
Features
The drum of the EW two-dimensional blending machine performs two movements simultaneously, one being the drum's self-rotation, and the other being the drum's swing with the swing frame. As the mixed materials rotate, flip, and blend inside the drum, they also undergo a back-and-forth mixing motion with the drum's swing, achieving thorough mixing in a short period due to the combined effect of these two movements. The EW two-dimensional blender is suitable for blending all powdery and granular materials.
