VC Series Blending Machine

The VC Blender is a newly developed mixing equipment by our company, integrating advanced foreign technology. It enhances mixing efficiency, allowing particles to be thoroughly mixed and dispersed, achieving a micron-level uniform mixture. It has a wide range of applications, including strong mixing, spheroidization, dispersion, drying, granulation, and coating of pastes, liquids, and powders.

Principle of VC Blending Machine
The product is introduced into the top of the conical mixing chamber, with a feeding range of 30%-100%. The equipment features a high-speed rotating shaft at the center, driven from the top, thus eliminating the need for seals and bearings in the product area. A propeller-type mixing element is attached to the inner wall of the shaft. The product is lifted from the bottom to the top of the mixing chamber through the combined action of the high-speed rotating propeller and the conical interior, then falls back to the center of the mixing chamber upon reaching the top, creating a rapid macroscopic mixing in this manner.
