V-Series Blender

The WV type mixer is a widely used international powder and granular material blending machine. It boasts simple structure, easy operation, convenient maintenance and cleaning, fast speed, and excellent blending results. It is extensively applied in industries such as magnetic materials, powder metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, electronics, and ceramics, making it an ideal blending equipment.

Working Principle
This equipment is designed by incorporating the advantages of similar foreign products. Utilizing the unequal length of the twin cylindrical drums in the blending machine, it creates an asymmetry. As the machine rotates, materials undergo decomposition to combination and vice versa. Due to the varying material planes, there is also a lateral force, which promotes lateral material exchange. Approximately 25% of the material shifts from one drum to another with each rotation, resulting in a radial cross-directional mixing of the material. This continuous decomposition and combination process ensures a highly uniform mixing effect.

Features
No mechanical extrusion or severe wear, maintaining the integrity of the material particles. Both the inside and outside of the drum are polished, designed with smooth transitions and no dead corners to prevent cross-contamination of materials. Equipped with a butterfly valve for easy discharge.
This unit can also be equipped with a forced agitation device, a material humidification system, and a gas protection device upon customer request.
