Operation Instructions

 Process Flow: Material Preparation ---- Pellet Stripping ---- Pellet Making

1Before operation, add oil to all oil holes and clean the roller and material contact areas.

2The medicine is dried and ground into fine powder after processing, then sifted through a 80-100-120 mesh sieve.

3And medicine, after mixing the medicine with the blending machine to the appropriate consistency, place it into the feeding mouth of this machine. Then, individually insert the strips from the discharge mouth into the center of the pill mold to form pills.

4After completing the work, remove the discharge outlet, retract the screw, and clean the interior of the machine.

5Keep the surface and interior of the equipment clean and dry.
