Operation Principle

The fully automatic pill making machine feeds the well-mixed and refined medicine paste into the hopper of the pill-making machine, where it is extruded through flip gates. Under the action of the pusher, the medicine strips are squeezed out through the feed ports on both sides. Once the strips reach a certain length, they are automatically cut, and the cutting blade guides the strips into the distributor. The distributor then feeds the strips into the rolling cylinder to form pills at a rate of once per second. The position of the roller and the tension of the conveyor belt can be adjusted separately by the fine-tuning device. Changing the size and weight of the pills can be achieved by replacing the corresponding roller, offering convenient operation.

2. The丸roller is made from special material, featuring easy loading and unloading, and a long service life; the roller is processed with a special technique, non-sticky, requiring no alcohol, sprinkling powder, or oil drops, resulting in smooth, glossy, and round pills.

3. The pellets are formed in one step, with uniform size and minimal weight variation, achieving a finished product yield of over 98%, good disintegration, and meet the pharmacopoeia standards.
