Shelf Product Description

*After processing each component, the finished product is assembled following phosphatization, acid washing, polishing, and the classic electrostatic spraying technique.

* The shelf spacing can be adjusted up and down at 75mm intervals, and is easy to disassemble and assemble.

*The shelf pillars are formed by cold-rolled steel plates through a specialized cold bending machine, with double-row holes punched on the front for use with cross beams at 75mm intervals; two pillars are assembled into shelf pillar panels with a transverse connecting pipe and an inclined connecting pipe connecting them face to face.

The shelf steel deck is made by bending cold-rolled steel plates to the required size on all four sides.

The beam and column panels are assembled to form a frame, followed by the installation of steel deck plates, thereby creating a complete set of medium-sized shelving units.

Commonly used for storing small to medium-sized, heavier items; single-layer load capacity preset is between 150kg-800kg.
