Rack Product Description
After processing each component, the finished product is assembled following phosphatization, acid washing, sanding, and the classic electrostatic spraying technique.
*The shelves can be adjusted up and down at a 75mm spacing; easy to disassemble and install.
*The shelf posts are cold rolled steel sheets, formed by a special cold bending machine, with double rows of holes on the front for 75mm spacing to connect cross beams; two posts are assembled into shelf posts with a horizontal connecting pipe and an inclined connecting pipe in the middle, facing each other.
The shelf steel deck is made by cold-rolled steel plates, bent to the required size on all four sides.
The beam and column panels are assembled to form a frame, followed by the installation of steel deck plates, thus creating a complete set of medium-sized shelving units.
