Pilot-scale Molecular Distillation (Top Gear Pump Feeding)

Beijing Kangbaite Technology Co., Ltd. offers pilot/miniature-scale production molecular distillation units, made of stainless steel. Evaporation areas include 2 sq dm, 5 sq dm, 6 sq dm, 10 sq dm, and 20 sq dm, with vacuum levels up to 0.1 Pa and distillation temperatures reaching 300℃ (up to 350℃).For special materials, we can customize a fully heated evaporator with three independent temperature-controlled compartments: an evaporation area, a recombined discharge area, and an internal condensation and light component discharge area, to ensure the fluidity during the separation process of easily solidifying materials. To meet customer requirements, we can also customize different structures of film-forming devices, feeding devices, and discharge devices, such as roller/scraper film-forming, fully insulated needle valves for feeding/gear pump feeding, intermediate receiver with flask discharge/gear pump discharge, etc.
