The company boasts three standardized production workshops, with a current staff of 175, including 26 senior technical professionals. It operates 3 internationally advanced steel pipe anti-corrosion processing lines and a steel pipe insulation production line. The equipment includes steel pipe shot blasting rust removal machines, 3PE wrapping equipment, PE pipe black and yellow jacket extrusion machines, sandblasting rust removal equipment, polyurethane low-pressure dispensing machines, foaming platforms, fiberglass winding machines, 2PE wrapping, and cement mortar spraying machines, among others, for anti-corrosion and insulation testing. The company benefits from convenient transportation with the Jinfu Highway, Shihuang Highway, Beijing-Hangzhou Railway, Beijing-Guangzhou Railway, and Huanghua Port, as well as the 301, 307 provincial roads, and the 205 National Highway running through the factory area.
