The Clamp Type Duckbill Valve boasts features such as shock absorption, noise reduction, maintenance-free, and non-corrosive. It outperforms flap gates in terms of sealing performance, operational capabilities in harsh environments, and enhancing seawater purification. It addresses the technical challenges of traditional flap gates or butterfly check valves, which often suffer from poor operation due to numerous mechanical failures, significant leakage, valve seat wear, part deformation and corrosion, loud noise, and the need for frequent maintenance and replacement. Known as a green valve, the Clamp Type Duckbill Valve is used in wastewater systems, discharge systems, pump outlet lift stations, and submerged aeration systems.
This product features a 100% elastic rubber construction with clamps made of stainless steel or wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials; it requires no maintenance, prevents backflow, and can still tightly close even with solid particles trapped inside; it does not freeze during opening or closing; has minimal water head loss when opened; is custom-made to meet specific customer requirements, durable, with a long service life of up to fifty years.
