In hot water boiler systems and pipeline circulating cooling water systems, scale will form in the boiler body and piping after a period of operation. If not cleaned promptly, the scale layer will accumulate and thicken, increasing the system's water resistance, which can lead to pipe bursts and ultimately system failure; it also significantly increases the consumption of coal or electricity, resulting in extreme energy waste. Installing a boiler strong magnetic scale inhibitor at the boiler inlet and strengthening the system's drainage control can effectively address the scaling issue: compared to the original scale, water treated by the magnetic descaling device and boiled and circulated in the boiler for a long time will gradually soften and flake off into pieces.

Scale and Lime Removal Principle:
This product features a high magnetic energy unit of up to 5,000-10,000 GS. When water or a solution with a certain electrical conductivity passes vertically through a strong magnetic field at a certain speed, it can cause electronic excitation, polarize the dipole molecules of water, alter the crystalline composition of salts, enhance the polarity of microparticles, weaken their cohesion, and break down longer association chains of molecules into shorter ones. Simultaneously, the deformation of charged ions disrupts the electrostatic attraction between ions, preventing scale formation. Moreover, due to the directional polarization of water molecules, the attraction between water and salt ions is increased, causing the old scale on pipes, water tanks, and boilers to gradually crack, soften, and fall off, achieving the purpose of scale prevention and removal. Once the scale is removed, new scale will not form, as the scale removal is a pure physical method that does not cause secondary pollution, keeping boilers and water circulation equipment in a clean state, achieving environmental protection and energy-saving effects.
Principle of Magnetic Corrosion Prevention:
Molecules or ions with strong polarity generate a faint induced current as they move in a magnetic field, causing charge to accumulate on the walls of boilers or equipment. This charge is attracted to the magnetic water and its solutions, forming a protective layer with the opposite charge on the walls of the boiler or equipment. This layer shields the inner walls from corrosion, keeping the production equipment in pristine working condition. (Regarding this phenomenon, our company cut open a fifteen-year-old pipeline using a magnetization descaling device and observed a thin red adhesive layer on the inner wall, which turned to a white powder upon drying and could be easily wiped off with a gentle touch).
Principle of magnetic sterilization and algae elimination:
Industrial circulating water and solutions become heated and polluted during operation, leading to rapid bacterial growth and soon causing corrosion and odor. After magnetic energy activation, the heat transfer surface of the circulating water remains free of scale, eliminating habitats for bacteria, algae, and other microorganisms. Continuous activation of the circulating water by a magnetizer enriches it with oxygen molecules, significantly increasing osmotic pressure and surface tension, rapidly killing anaerobic bacteria, causing other protozoan bacteria to shed flagella and破裂 their cell walls, leading to death.
