Self-powered composite water level gauge

With the increasing demand from departments such as city management, pipeline network, hydrology, water conservancy, and coordinated operation, for the water level parameter, the water level measurement technology traditionally used in industrial applications has also infiltrated this field.

In the field of traditional industrial instrument level measurement technology, after being transformed with low-power consumption and wireless IoT capabilities, it has begun to enter the municipal application domain in large quantities.

The built-in 4-cell 19,000mAh (3.6VDC) lithium-ion battery ensures the product is self-powered. During non-measurement and upload intervals, the product will automatically enter sleep mode.

You can opt for a single ultrasonic transducer, a single static pressure sensor, or choose to operate with a dual-mode composite sensor.

In the composite working mode, the product measures the signals returned by ultrasonic and static pressure sensors separately, selects appropriate data autonomously based on pre-set algorithmic logic, and uploads it. Of course, the uploaded data also includes the two separate measurement data as well as real-time temperature data from the ultrasonic transducer and static pressure sensor.

In wireless communication, options include NB-IoT narrowband communication or 4G communication. Prioritize using NB-IoT when signal coverage is available, as it consumes less power, extending battery life. Otherwise, opt for 4G IoT communication, which offers more reliable signals and can be installed in areas with mobile signal reception.

Suitable for various outdoor applications such as riverbanks, rivers, municipal water systems, aquaculture, etc., for water level measurement. Additionally, it can be installed for井下 (cellar) water level measurement.

Special Note: In installations beneath the pit, due to the complex and harsh underground environment, products are selected according to the IP68 protection rating.
