I. Overview
The AO3051LT level transmitter is a field transmitter that is directly mounted on pipes or containers. Due to the diaphragm's direct contact with the liquid phase medium, there is no need to route the positive pressure side out through a pressure gauge tube, allowing for the measurement of liquid levels, pressure, and density of media with high temperatures, high viscosity, tendency to crystallize, settle, and strong corrosiveness, which are then converted into a 4-20mA signal output. The AO3051LT level transmitter is installed using standard flanges, offering both flat and insert flanges for user selection. The installation flange standards are ANSI 3 inches and 4 inches, with specifications including 150LB and 300LB flanges. The diaphragm materials include 316L, Hastelloy, Monel, and Tantalum. The AO3051LT level transmitter features a compact, miniature diaphragm capacitor sensor, with a variety of types and specifications for easy installation and use. To accommodate the domestic automation level, this series offers two types of products: a standard analog output model and an intelligent model with HART fieldbus protocol.
