Steel Gate

Steel gates are commonly used water control and stoppage equipment in drainage, water conservancy, and hydropower projects, consisting of door frames, gate plates, sealing rings, and adjustable wedge-shaped pressure blocks. Over time, as steel gates wear, their sealing surfaces can be adjusted with the wedge-shaped pressure blocks to ensure proper operation. Steel gates are made with steel plates as the base material, coated with rubber for water stoppage and corrosion resistance, and undergo sandblasting to remove rust and hot galvanized coating for surface protection. They feature rational and sturdy structure, excellent wear and corrosion resistance, reliable performance, and ease of installation, adjustment, use, and maintenance. Durability: The lightweight steel structure is composed entirely of cold-formed thin-walled steel components, manufactured from super corrosion-resistant high-strength cold-rolled galvanized sheets, effectively preventing rust during construction and use, thereby extending the service life of the lightweight steel components. The structural lifespan can reach 30 years.
