Composite Insulated Wall Panels

Assembled aerated concrete composite thermal insulation exterior wall panels, composed of a base of autoclaved aerated concrete panels (ALC panels), combined with thermal insulation boards and 35mm thick Class A thermal insulation mortar, forming a lightweight composite thermal insulation exterior wall panel, commonly referred to as composite thermal insulation exterior wall panels. These panels are divided into two types based on their construction, Type 1 composite thermal insulation exterior wall panels and Type 11 composite thermal insulation exterior wall panels. The assembled aerated concrete composite thermal insulation exterior wall panel system consists of the composite thermal insulation exterior wall panels installed on the main structure, thermal insulation mortar leveling layer, finish coat, facing layer, as well as thermal bridge treatment measures for beams and columns, forming the exterior wall cladding system, commonly referred to as the composite thermal insulation exterior wall panel system. It belongs to the integrated thermal insulation and structural products for assembled buildings.
