1. Tower Power Characteristic Test

Inspect geometric dimension deviations of tower component parts.

3 Inspect the tower body connection quality (welding quality, bolt connection quality)

4 Test the mechanical properties of the tower component materials.

5 Test the bolt's mechanical properties.

Inspect base condition of testing tower, concrete structure surface defects.

Check for any bends or cracks in the base bolts, the integrity of the tower's main section, and the condition of the tower base encasement.

Check if the foundation of the detection tower is unevenly settling and the impact of the surrounding environment on the foundation.

Inspect the surface of the tower steel for cracks, folds, knots, impurities, and heavy scales, etc.

10 Inspection of Flange Connection Condition on Tower Body, Flange Seating Rate, Gap Width

11 Inspect the thickness of the anti-corrosion coating on the main components; assess rust condition.

Check the torque for the main component connection bolts.

13 Inspect ladder climbing and guardrail connection conditions.

14 Platform height difference, component connection status, platform to tower connection;

Does the 15 platform have any engineering leftovers or safety hazards?

16 Antenna Platform Antenna, Antenna Bracket Connection Status, Tower Feedline Connection Status

17 Test the grounding resistance of the tower body.

18 Check the overall verticality of the tower body.

19 Tower Foot Diameter; Diagonal Dimension Deviation

Check components for bending, cracks, and missing parts.

21 Check the deviation in height of iron towers and platforms.

Inspection of 22 bolt installation quality.
