HPL Static-Dissipative Flooring, also known as Fire Retardant Panel, is made with an HPL facing and a base of stretched steel plate. The surface layer features hard SPCC steel plate, which is stamped and welded together. After phosphating, it undergoes a spray painting process.

Fiberglass-reinforced foam cement is used for the middle filling, which, after curing, forms a stable load-bearing structure. Paired with interconnected brackets and square tube beams, the assembly is secured with screws, achieving an anti-static index ranging from 10^6 to 10^9.
