The mesh belt furnace, commonly known as a meshbelt furnace, is a sintering furnace that uses a mesh belt, maintained by a muffle, to continuously transport parts through the furnace. It is primarily used for sintering of powder metallurgy products, as well as for the recovery of metal powders and for pre-sintering, firing, or heat treatment processes of electronic components in protective atmospheres or air. It is also suitable for heat treatment and machining of thin-walled workpieces.

The furnace body consists of the feeding section, pre-burning section, sintering section, slow cooling section, water cooling section, and discharge section. The mesh belt conveying system is made up of high-temperature-resistant mesh belts and transmission devices.

The conveyor belt operates at a variable speed, equipped with a digital display belt speed measuring device; the belt speed can be directly read. The temperature control system is composed of thermocouples. The digital display intelligent PID controller and silicon-controlled rectifier form a closed-loop control system, capable of achieving active and accurate temperature control.

The heating elements are selected from FEC ceramic heating plates or ceramic heating rods, and the temperature control system is equipped with a multi-stage intelligent program temperature controller imported from Japan. It can be fitted with data communication interfaces as required, featuring variable speed control, heat-resistant steel mesh belt conveying, and a large package angle tensioning wheel design concept, ensuring smooth product transportation.
