Application Scope
For concrete floors requiring high abrasion and impact resistance, as well as dust reduction, such as warehouses, docks, factories, parking lots, maintenance workshops, garages, warehousing malls, docks, and areas requiring uniform color to enhance work hygiene and aesthetics without corrosive agents.

Construction Techniques
Surface Treatment: Evenly remove the froth layer from the concrete surface using a machine equipped with a round disk.
2. Initial Material Spread: Apply two-thirds of the specified amount of wear-resistant flooring material to the concrete surface in the initial setting stage, then grind it using a low-speed trowel machine.
3. Leveling with a Ruler: Use a 6-meter long scraper to evenly spread the cured wear-resistant material along the horizontal and vertical directions, and roughly level it.
4. Second Application of Material: Evenly spread 1/3 of the specified amount of colored hard-wearing material (on the surface of the wear-resistant material that has been polished in the first application), then re-polish with a smoothing machine.
5. Surface Polishing: Adjust the blade angle on the polishing machine based on the concrete's curing condition, ensuring smooth and glossy surface finish for the top layer.
6. Surface Maintenance: After the wear-resistant hardening flooring is completed, surface care should be performed within 4-6 hours to prevent rapid evaporation of surface moisture and ensure the stable growth of the wear-resistant material's strength.
