Nylon Sheets

Nylon plates are suitable for manufacturing wear-resistant parts, transmission components, household appliance parts, automotive manufacturing parts, anti-backlash mechanical components, chemical machinery parts, and chemical equipment. This includes items such as turbines, gears, bearings, impellers, crankshafts, instrument panels, drive shafts, valves, blades, screws, nuts, seals, slivers, sleeve bushes, and shaft connectors, etc.

Introduction to Nylon Sheets:

1. Nylon boards exhibit excellent physical properties, with mechanical toughness and strength comparable to metals; their fatigue resistance is similar to that of aluminum alloys and cast iron. Additionally, nylon boards have good chemical stability: alcohols, weak alkalis, copper, esters, hydrocarbons, and oils do not affect them.

2. Nylon board has excellent wear resistance: the coefficient of friction is generally 0.1-0.3, which is one-third of babbitt alloy and one-fourth of phenolic plastic, making it an excellent self-lubricating material. Additionally, nylon board boasts superior cold and heat resistance: its temperature range extends up to 100°C and down to -60°C, maintaining certain mechanical strength and normal operation under such conditions.

3. Nylon sheets also exhibit excellent mechanical properties: they have high tensile strength, great surface hardness, good bending and impact resistance, as well as high ductility.

4. Nylon sheet has low density (light weight per unit volume): its density ranges between 1.05-1.15.
