They not only possess the strong dust cleaning capability and high dust removal efficiency of the pulse collectors but also offer the advantage of a small footprint. Particularly suitable for areas with limited space, low dust concentration (＜200g/Nm³), and low airflow, they are ideal for small dust emission points.

Performance Features

1. The advantages of dust removal systems like reverse吹扫 and pulse-jet blowers include high air volume per unit volume, low system resistance, and dust removal efficiency up to 99.9%.

2. Can directly treat dust-laden gas with a dust concentration as high as 200 g/Nm3, achieving an emission concentration below 50 mg/Nm3 after treatment. Additionally, we can meet more stringent emission requirements based on the customer's specific needs.

3. Dust removal for coal powder systems, utilizing anti-static filter media and explosion-proof measures based on the properties of the coal powder.

4. Depending on the process, different filter materials and process parameters are employed to meet the requirements of various exhaust gas characteristics.

5. Utilizing advanced PLC programmable controllers, the system features automatic blowing cleaning with timed or resistive cycles, ensuring automated operation with minimal gas consumption, thorough cleaning, and stable performance.

6. The entire machine is capable of room-by-room bag replacement for maintenance, with a very high turnover rate with the main unit.
