Since its establishment in December 2014, the company has accumulated total assets exceeding 80 million yuan through labor. It occupies an area of 48,000 square meters and employs over 260 staff members. The company has meticulously selected and introduced advanced hardware facilities, including a state-of-the-art fully automatic double-coil winding machine; computer-controlled transformer vacuum drying tanks and coil drying furnaces; microcomputer-automated testing systems for product testing; CNC turret multi-station stamping presses; CNC multi-functional bending machines; microcomputer-controlled curved blanking machines; and vacuum oil filtering units. Currently, we produce dry-type transformers with capacities ranging from 50KV to 2500kVA and voltages of 35kV and below, with an annual production capacity of 11 million KVA. The majority of raw materials are self-produced, ensuring the quality and cost-effectiveness of our products. Our main products include S11, S13, S20, S22 models of 10KV, 20KV, and 35KV oil-immersed power transformers; SCB10, SCB11, SCB12, SCB13, SCB14, SCB18 series of 10KV, 20KV, and 35KV epoxy-impregnated dry-type power transformers; ultra-high voltage transformers: 110KV-220KV, 6300KVA-120000KVA with NVTC double/triple winding transformers; 6300KVA/100000KVA with OLTC double/triple winding transformers; SH15, SCBH15 amorphous alloy power transformers; YB pre-assembled substation; ZGS type integrated substation; photovoltaic substation, and high-overload transformers. Our products have passed quality inspections by the National Transformer Quality Supervision and Inspection, the National Medium and Low Voltage Power Distribution Equipment Quality Supervision and Inspection, the PCCC certification for national electricity certification, and energy-saving product certification certificates, and have obtained registered model filing certificates.
