Product Overview
Sheet-type radiators are cooling devices for transformer products such as oil-immersed transformers and reactors, and are in accordance with the People's Republic of China's professional standard JB/T5347-1999 for transformers.Sheet-type heat sink for appliances, designed and manufactured. Available in two types: fixed and removable; and in three cooling methods: self-cooling, air-cooling, and forced oil-air cooling.Variety of types. Our factory produces a range of plate-type radiators, including fixed, collapsible, and bottom-blowing models in various specifications. Welcome to select as needed.
Terms of Use
The PC-type removable radiator features an air vent plug on the upper collector pipe for air release and an oil drain plug on the lower collector pipe for oil draining. When oiling the transformer, the air vent plug on each radiator should be...Pry the exhaust valve open, wait for oil to溢出 from the vent hole, then tighten the valve.
Do not dent or damage the oil channels of the radiator during transportation, installation, or flushing. If the user performs a sealing test on the radiator, the pressure must not exceed 120 kPa.
Users should conduct vacuum strength tests on heat radiators without filling oil, with pressure not exceeding 133Pa and duration not exceeding 10 minutes. Before installation, please check if the plastic or steel cover is sealed properly. If damaged, causing internal contamination, it must be cleaned to ensure internal cleanliness.
Installation Method
The PG type fixed radiator (refer to Figure 1) is used by directly welding it onto the transformer box wall.
Detachable PC-type radiator (see Figures 2, 3, 4) is used by securing with a flange on the transformer box wall pipe joint. Each upper and lower collector pipe has a lappet, which can beInstall the pull plate for connecting the G9 heat sink.
Bottom-bleeding radiators (see Figures 5, 6), one fan is suspended for every two radiators. When the number of radiators on the same side is odd, the middle group of radiators may not have a fan installed. Each heat sink's lower collector tube is equipped with two hangers.
Two lengths of flat steel are fixed on the front and rear mounting plates of the two groups of radiators, and then the fan is connected to the flat steel via three curved plates.
