The working principle and characteristics of the mold temperature controller
The upper part of the equipment is equipped with a heat recovery unit, which heats the burner's intake air using waste heat from the exhaust gases.
★ Exhaust temperature does not exceed 110°C.
★ Maintain the burner intake temperature at least 140 ℃.
Equipped with a recirculation system and exhaust system, the equipment features a complete and independent operating system, making installation, disassembly, and use convenient.
Fuel gases are conveyed to our mold temperature machine via a pressure-reducing valve. They are burned within the equipment to heat the internal oil tubes with a heat-conducting oil, which then supplies the heated equipment.
