Cutting material: Seamless steel tube for roller bodies, 45# round steel for shaft ends, and flanges at both ends.
2. Turning Processing: The mating surfaces of turning processed parts such as roller bodies, end plates, and shaft ends.
3. Welding Processing: (If there are structures such as oil or water passages inside the roller body, welding processing of the inner tube must be carried out in advance according to the drawings.)
Axial Alignment of Roller Tube Welding: Align the ends of the shaft with the inner tube, welding only the inner end plate on the shaft head.
Insert the inner casing into the roller body and weld the inner end plate at the junction between the roller body and the casing.
Install the outer end plate on both ends of the shafts, and weld the junction between the outer end plate, the shaft, and the roller body.
4. The roller blanks undergo annealing treatment to relieve internal stresses.
The end of the steel roller shaft is turned flat and a standard center hole is drilled.
6. Turning Processing: Rough and finish turn the various parts of the steel roller bodies to the dimensions specified in the drawings, then set up the center support, turn the end face, and drill to the required size.
7. We process patterns on the roller surface according to the customer's design requirements. This is a crucial step in the manufacturing process of embossed rollers, demanding experienced embossing roller makers to develop production techniques based on the customer's design specifications. During production, embossing technicians must be meticulous and attentive to detail, ensuring the patterns are clear, with rich layers and a strong sense of three-dimensionality.
After the pattern is completed, the roller surface is coated with a hard chrome layer or treated with other materials, depending on the usage of the customer's embossing roller.
9. Calibration of static balancing for steel rolling rolls
