KM-S350B Pipe Cutting Machine

The KM-350B pipe cutting machine is a matching equipment developed by our company for the clamping hose assembly. It features a toothless blade to prevent damage to the steel wire reinforcement layer during cutting. The cutting chamber is equipped with a sealed material box, which effectively reduces the spread of rubber dust during cutting. A ventilation port is provided at the rear of the housing, allowing for the optional installation or self-installation of a fan to extract and collect the cutting dust. A protective mask is set at the cutting arm location on the front of the housing, preventing dust dispersion and obstructing the cutting view while also protecting the staff. The machine uses manual lever cutting, with a simple cutting action and a spring that automatically returns the pressure rod to its original position after cutting. A tube cutting arm is equipped on the equipment panel, allowing for flexible adjustment of the spacing according to the size of the pipe fittings, so that the hose is arched before cutting, thus avoiding the hose from being held by the blade during cutting. This equipment is compact and versatile, easy to move and position.
