The KM-91 series shrink tube machines are a series of models launched by our company. In response to the inconvenience of lubricating the annular machine, our technical staff have designed an automatic lubrication cup on the machine head, added oil grooves to the mold base, and inserted an elastic resin layer between the mold bases to prevent the zinc layer on the joints from peeling off and scratching the working cone surface and cylinder. Considering the current phenomenon of more non-standard joints during crimping, we have increased the machine's shrinkage and expansion capacity and throughput ability. The selection of the machine head bracket has changed the drawbacks of long-term welding between the machine head and bracket, such as deformation of the cylinder.
