What to Pay Attention to When Using Explosion-Proof LED Lamps?
The explosion-proof LED lamp is a type of electrical equipment used in special industries, primarily designed to address lighting issues. It includes the lamp housing, the light source placed inside the housing, the battery, the lampshade at the front of the housing, and the switch mounted on the surface of the housing. Its key features are: the light source is a high-power LED module, and there is a wide voltage input drive circuit between the light source and the battery; the wide voltage input drive circuit features a constant current chip, which, along with the battery, forms a power module. The LED module is connected to the constant current chip, and the power module is sealed together with the LED module. The lampshade is ultrasonically welded to the housing.
Safety Precautions for Explosion-Proof LED Lamps: Please refer to the following instructions:
Regularly remove dust and dirt from the explosion-proof lamp housing to enhance light efficiency and heat dissipation. The cleaning method can be determined based on the protection level of the lamp housing, using water spray (above the lamp's indicator) or wiping with a damp cloth. When using water spray, ensure the power is turned off and strictly avoid wiping the lamp's plastic housing (transparent parts) with a dry cloth to prevent static electricity generation.
2. Inspect for any signs of foreign object impact on the transparent parts and check for loose, de-soldered, or corroded protective screens. If any issues are found, discontinue use immediately and schedule for timely repair or replacement.
3. Immediate shutdown of the lights and notification for replacement is required when a light source is damaged to prevent the prolonged abnormal state of electrical components such as ballasts due to the inability to activate the light source.
4. In humid environments, if there is water accumulation inside the lamp housing, it should be promptly removed. Replace the sealing components to ensure the protective performance of the housing.
When opening the lampshade, please follow the instructions on the warning sign by turning off the power before removing the cover.
Upon opening, it is advisable to check if the explosion-proof joint is intact, if the rubber sealing parts have hardened or become sticky, if the wire insulation has turned green and carbonized, and if the insulating components and electrical elements have deformed or have scorch marks. If these issues are found, they should be repaired or replaced promptly.
Before closing the lid, gently wipe the reflector and transparent parts of the lamp with a damp cloth (not too wet) to enhance the lamp's luminous efficiency. Apply a thin layer of 204-1 anti-rust oil on the explosion-proof joint surface, and ensure that the sealing ring is in the correct position to provide a seal when closing the lid.
8. The sealed sections of lighting fixtures should not be frequently disassembled and opened. Our patented road sealing technology; more in line with our new explosion-proof technology.
