YKA Type Circular Block Holes Graphite Heat Exchanger

The YKA-type perforated graphite heat exchanger is assembled in a modular manner using cylindrical exchange blocks, featuring high structural strength. The graphite components are sealed with high-quality seals made of Teflon or special rubber, ensuring reliable sealing. The equipment has a high heat exchange efficiency and is available in two types: Type I and Type II. Type I heat carrier enters the exchange block tangentially, with adjacent blocks offset in direction, resulting in a significant絮流 effect as the longitudinal material is redistributed through short channels. A condenser is formed when the bottom head is equipped with a vapor-liquid separator, while an evaporator is created if the top head is converted into an evaporation chamber. The shell can be designed with multiple sections according to the need for external flow deflection. The elastic seals between blocks are compensated for thermal expansion and contraction by spring pressure. This model of equipment is only allowed to be installed vertically, with the user providing and installing the support bracket.
