Cautionary Notes:

Vacuum pump oil has a shelf life of up to 3-5 years under sealed conditions; unopened, it is guaranteed for 3 months.

After the initial 500 hours of use, replace the pump oil. Thereafter, change the oil every 1000-1500 hours of operation. (Note: In harsh operating environments, observe the pump oil color regularly.)

Check the oil level sight glass; if the oil turns from yellow-brown to black or milky white, it's time to replace the vacuum pump oil.

Selecting the appropriate vacuum pump oil will greatly benefit the pump's ultimate differential pressure, ultimate full pressure, startup, power consumption, pump temperature, stability of pump performance, and the service life of the vacuum pump.

Vacuum Pump Oil Replacement Method

Grasp the drain valve using the gravity method, raise the pump housing to allow the old oil in the vacuum pump to automatically flow to the rotating oil cap position for draining. After the old oil is drained, inject a small amount of clean vacuum pump oil (100~500mL) into the vacuum pump's oil filling port, flushing the interior of the pump chamber. Then, operate the vacuum pump for about 1 minute, shut it down, and drain the newly injected oil. If the drained oil is still not clean, continue to inject new oil for flushing until it is clean.

Next, unscrew the drain valve, remove the oil filling cap from the filling hole, add new vacuum pump oil into the vacuum pump until the oil level reaches the marking line, and then tighten the filling cap.
