Currently, we have 6 fully automatic imported high-speed thin film blow molding machines, 2 self-made and 2 imported thick film molding machines, as well as 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis engraving machines, and other supporting facilities. Additionally, we have multiple self-developed and manufactured professional blow molding production equipment suitable for the production and development of special products. Through relentless efforts and assistance from domestic authorities, we have overcome the bottleneck of thick plate blow molding at 8-10mm, and now we can process materials up to 16mm thick. Our main materials include PETG, HDPE, HIPS, ABS, HDPP, PC, PMMATPO, TPU, ABS TPU, ABS TPO, PVC, PET, PS, PP, PLA, and modified materials. We serve various industries such as automotive, medical equipment, electrical appliances, machinery manufacturing, agriculture, transportation, and more.
