The smoke baffle valve is mainly used on the inlet and outlet or bypass flues of flue gas desulfurization systems' absorption towers, designed to isolate flue gas flow. It can also be utilized in other smoke and air ducts that require high operational isolation. Application range: chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, papermaking, electricity, and other industries.

Performance Features

1. Hydraulically powered during normal operation, capable of reaching 20 MPa in pressure and over 17 tons in thrust, as well as over 13 tons in pulling force. It boasts a powerful drive and strong ability to overcome resistance. The switch operates smoothly with no sticking or涩感, and exhibits high stability.

2. Utilizes a combination of soft and hard sealing methods, ensuring no internal or external leakage, with over 99% airtightness. Additional sealing can be added if necessary.

3. The switch position can enable electrical remote transmission, with a到位指示 on the site control box. The power supply utilizes the existing power distribution room's power source, and it can also be remotely connected to Party A's DCS control system, achieving both local and remote control. The on/off signals can be interfaced with the DCS.
