The Composition of Electric Sliding Doors

1. Telescopic Door Bodyretractable gateThe body is composed of main components such as the door frame, cross bracing, shafts (fixed shaft, sliding shaft), and door wheels. The overall door structure is metallic, and it is further categorized by material into stainless steel doors, aluminum alloy doors, and die-cast aluminum doors.

2. Head Unit: Comprising the drive unit and electrical components, it is mounted at one end of the door frame, facilitating the expansion and contraction movement of the door, and is used in conjunction with the door frame.

Drives are available in standard and robotic types.

Controller: Comprising of the control box, desktop controller, and handle remote controller.

1) Control Box: Fixed inside the machine head, it receives commands from the controller to control the door operation.

2) Desk-Type Controller: Primarily used by on-duty staff within the duty room.

3) Handle Remote Controller: Primarily designed for vehicle use, it allows for operation of the gate's open/close functions from a distance of 10-30 meters around the vehicle's nose, depending on the local radio communication environment.
